Athena goddesses of wisdom (pink)
Athena was the patron of the city of Athens and recognized as one of the most benevolent goddesses. Known as one of the three virgin goddesses unaffected by the spell of Aphrodite, she was strong, fair, independent and merciful. She often helped heroes such as Jason, Perseus and her half-brother Hercules when they encounter dangers and difficult time. Born fully grown, dressed in golden battle armor, from splitting of Zeus’ head, Athena became the favorite child of Zeus, he entrusted her with his magic shield and lightening bolts, and took the role of his protector and advisor.
